About me
Ross is the founder and creator of Nae Danger. Original dungeon master and player in many other campaigns on the channel, Ross loves nothing more than doing silly scenes and bits with his friends at the table.

This guy… where do we even begin?
Jonny

- Player
About me
Jonny is a Founding member of the group and has a love for all things fantasy, particularly LOTR and ASOIAF. This translated to a love for TTRPG’s! He enjoys seeing gamers have a laugh while exploring new worlds, defeating villains and uncovering mysteries. He also likes the sound of his own voice to much.

About me
Donnie joined the channel a few years back. He's always up for a game and never knows when to shut his mouth. But we keep him around cause he is very occasionally funny.
Liam
- Game Master
- Player
About me
I like good stories, stupid jokes, complicated characters and making decisions that seemed much better in my head.
Iain
- Game Master
- Player
About me
Iain has been playing D&D since its BECMI era, and can usually be found playing characters who talk more (or at least better) than they fight.
Iain is also our GM for the Pendragon role-playing game - Huzzah!
Oat
- Player
About me
Oat is a guest (great) player for Nae Danger and has been playing D&D on and off for the last 8 years or so. He is also a massive Star Wars unlimited TCG nerd.
Desi
- Player
About me
Desi is an artist and lifelong fantasy lover from Germany. When she’s not drawing, you’ll probably find her rolling dice and enthusiastically creating questionable characters for D&D.
Amy
- Player
About me
Total noob, best known for her perfect performance of grieving the death of her pet mouse in Nich's Peak
Pat
- Player
Deborah
- Player
About me
Deborah is an Illustrator and author from germany. Although she loved being part of the first two seasons, she sadly could not attend since then. But she has plans for a silly comeback. One day!
Simon
- Player
About me
I’m a librarian from Germany who traded quiet reading rooms for the chaotic world of D&D. "Atlantia" was where I took my very first steps into a real campaign, and with "El Dorado," I challenged myself to play a Druid—which definitely wasn't easy, but a ton of fun! I’m really looking forward to rolling more dice with Nae Danger and exploring all the different classes D&D has to offer! 🎲
John
- Player
About me
I'm John, and I particularly enjoy the role play dynamics of DnD and working with the group to have fun and hopefully share that with you guys!
Rebekah (Bex)
- Player
About me
Bex is fairly new to the world of DND, but that sometimes adds a giggle to the game - especially when she has no idea what is going on and insists on testing her owns rules! Bex loves all things fantasy.

Our Story
We started like so many DnD groups before us – in a living room, surrounded by dice, paper and snacks, having a great time as friends. Ross, Ollie, Callum and Jonny played DnD in Glasgow together, but when Covid hit and Ross moved to Germany, the regular meet-ups moved online. After a year of playing online, Ross had enough of not seeing his friends and invited the whole group over to Germany.
That's how the first Campaign of the new Scottish/German group New Dice (former Nae Danger) came to be. The Campaign was filmed in a week with the three Glasgow guys and three German friends, Desi, Deborah and Simon.
They enjoyed their time so much, that they recorded the second season, again in Germany, one year later.
After moving back to Glasgow, the group decided to rename themselves, as they wanted to be recognised as a Scottish TTRPG group and rebranded as Nae Danger.
Over time the group grew with new players, new DMs and scottish colaborations with Tartan Tabletop and Renegade Rolls.
So follow us if you like adventure and whimsy and watching genuine friends have genuine fun telling stories around the table. We hope to keep bringing you more exciting content and we hope to keep improving, learning on what we have built upon so far, creating high quality TTRPG actual play videos for everyone to enjoy!
Here at Nae Danger we aim to always treat everyone, regardless of religion, race, gender or sexuality, with respect, dignity and kindness. We strive to be a safe space where everyone can feel free to express their ideas through collaborative storytelling. Our goal is to spread laughter and joy across our corner of the internet and having fun will always be at the forefront of everything that we do!
